Bio

Rita is the older sister to comedian Jim Carrey. She is a Canadian television and radio personality. Born in Canada, she grew up in Toronto and Burlington, Ontario and is an accomplished singer/songwriter and public speaker. Rita is heavily involved in many charities across the GTA including Dreams Take Flight, which helps terminally ill and underpriviledged children live their dream of seeing Mickey Mouse and Light Of Day Niagara which helps raise money to fight Parkinsons Disease. She also has her own rock band which you can find performing in many clubs throughout the GTA.   In her spare time she speaks with children at local community schools and high profile events such as W.A.R.M. and Innovation Nation.
